COVID-19 UPDATES

Fairlawn is a community committed to quality service, support and care you can trust. We are dedicated to promoting and enhancing the quality of life of every resident in our community.

During this national pandemic we are working to maintain the health and wellness of our residents.  Currently no visitors or family are permitted in the Care Center which includes Special Care and Rupp Rehab with the exception of “end of life” situations.  Limited visiting is available by appointment in Assisted Living by calling 567.444.5081. Visitation will be outside and each visitor will be screened before meeting with the resident.

All staff and contractors are being screened each day before entering the building.

For updated information on what is needed or happening please check out the General Announcements below or follow us on Facebook. (Fairlawn Retirement Community)

As an organization founded and managed by Christian values and principles we welcome your prayers for everyone affected by this challenging time.

There is also a fully functional woodshop to challenge a craftsman’s creative mind and hands.
