Covid Visitation Guidelines
Recommended Visiting Hours are 8am to 7pm, everyday (including weekends).
Please watch signs to see if there is currently COVID in the building. Although you can still visit you need to know your risk.
Visits DO NOT need to be scheduled in advance.
Vaccination is not required, but strongly encouraged to protect both the guest and the resident.
All visitors must enter through the main entrance off Lutz Rd. (center door) for the Care Center and main entrance off Haven Drive for Assisted Living.
Each visitor should proceed to sign in and follow screening procedures. If you have tested positive for COVID in the last 14 days, meet quarantine criteria (due to exposure) or have symptoms please delay your visit until you are feeling well and past your quarantine period.
If you have had the Flu please avoid visiting until you are fever free for over 24 hours.
Visitors are asked to hand sanitize, wear a mask and social distance.
After registering, visitors should proceed directly to the resident room.
If both the resident and visitor are fully vaccinated, masks can be removed in the room during the visit (Masks are required in public spaces such as hallways).
Residents that are in a shared/split room can visit in their room, or staff can facilitate finding a larger space within the care center.
Children (of any age) are permitted when accompanied by an adult.
Visits with pets can be arranged following the Fairlawn pet policy guidelines. Call 567.444.5064 for information.
For groups larger than 3-4 guests, check with floor staff to see if there is an alternate space available to gather.
